Equipment
Fourteen machines, one bar soap line
Every machine is quoted with its real capacity band and an FOB price, so you can plan the investment before you start talking. Below are the eight machines most customers start with.

Production line
How a bar soap line actually runs
A soap production line is not a list of machines — it is a sequence sized to one output. The same bar can be made on a three-machine workshop or a fully automatic finishing line, and the difference is mostly money.
- Melting and mixing — base is melted and dosed with fragrance and additives
- Milling — a three roller mill homogenises the mass
- Plodding — vacuum extrusion removes air and forms a continuous billet
- Cutting — the billet is cut to bar length or weight
- Stamping — a hydraulic press forms the shape and presses in your logo
- Drying and cooling — moisture and temperature are stabilised
- Packing — pleat wrap, flow wrap or shrink wrap, then cartoning
Solutions
Start from the product, not the machine
Most buyers do not know which machine they need — they know which soap they want to sell and how much of it. These pages are organised that way.
- Laundry bar soap — Highest volume, most price sensitive
- Toilet / bath soap — Fragrance and appearance drive the price
- Translucent soap — Clarity is the product — process control matters
- Hotel guest soap — 20–40 g bars, tight weight control
- Small scale start — Start under US$3,000 on one or two machines
- Semi automatic — Powered where it pays, manual where it does not

Materials
Buy soap noodles, or saponify your own base?
Below roughly 1,000 kg/h of finished soap, buying noodles is usually the better decision: lower capital, faster start, no caustic handling and no glycerine stream to deal with. Above that, and where oils or fats are locally cheap, in-house saponification starts to pay.
Markets
Local voltage, local freight, local support
Equipment is configured for your grid, your port and the soap you actually sell. Pick your market for the voltage, delivery port and spare parts arrangement:

Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is the minimum order?
One set. You can buy a single machine, or a complete line.
How much does a soap line cost?
A complete automatic finishing line starts around US$8,300 per set. A small start on one or two machines can begin under US$3,000. The figure depends on capacity and how many stages you automate.
Can you make the dies for my logo?
Yes. Send vector artwork or a sample bar. Dies are typically 15–25 days after artwork confirmation.
Do you install and train?
Installation guidance, layout drawings and operator training are included. On-site service can be arranged.
