Customer Cases | Soap Plants We Delivered

The most useful thing we can show you is what a project like yours actually involved: what was bought, what the capacity was, what happened during installation, and what the customer would do differently.

How we describe a project

For each case we record the country and region, the product being made, the target capacity, the machine list actually supplied, the electrical specification built, the delivery and commissioning timeline, and anything that did not go to plan. The last item is the most useful and the one suppliers normally omit.

Project list

Our completed project list will be published here, organised by country and by product type.

A typical small scale project, step by step

What a first project usually looks like, so you know what to plan for:

  1. Week 0 — enquiry. You send the country, the product, the target output and the power supply. We confirm the capacity band and send a machine list with prices and the packing data.
  2. Week 1 — specification and layout. You send the workshop dimensions, door width, ceiling height and power supply. We return a proposed layout and the final configuration.
  3. Week 2 — order. Deposit paid, production scheduled, electrical specification confirmed in the purchase order.
  4. Weeks 2–4 — build and test. Machines assembled and run. Photographs, video and the packing list sent to you before packing.
  5. Weeks 4–9 — shipping. Sea freight to your port, then clearance and inland transport. Use our packing data to obtain quotations early rather than at this stage.
  6. Week 9 onwards — installation and commissioning. Machines installed, services connected, the line commissioned on your formulation and operators trained. This is where the settings that matter get established, so give it the time it needs.

The three things customers say afterwards

Across projects, three pieces of feedback come up repeatedly. First, that they wished they had ordered the spare parts with the machine rather than later. Second, that commissioning took longer than they expected because their soap formulation needed adjustment. Third, that they wished they had started one capacity band larger. All three of those are cheaper to fix before the order than after.
