Price and payment

What does a soap making machine cost?
Single machines start from around US$2,000. A vacuum soap emulsifier or homogeniser is around US$2,800–3,000. Bar soap extruder and plodder machines range from US$2,000 to 9,000 depending on capacity and whether vacuum is included. A hydraulic soap press is around US$8,600, and a soap packaging machine from US$3,680–3,880. A complete automatic finishing line starts from around US$8,300.

What is the minimum order?
One set per machine. You do not have to buy a complete line at once.

How do I pay?
T/T is the usual route, typically a deposit with the balance against documents. We also accept L/C at sight, D/P and D/A through the banks, Western Union and MoneyGram for smaller amounts, and credit card, PayPal or escrow where the amount and the parties allow.

Are the prices on this website final?
No — they are the range we currently work in, shown so you can plan. The final figure depends on your capacity, the specification and whether you add spare parts to the order. Ask for a written quotation.

Capacity and specification

How do I know which capacity I need?
Start from the bars you intend to sell per day, convert to kg/h using your bar weight and effective shift hours, then add 20–30% headroom. Our capacity guide has the calculation and a worked example.

Can the machines run on our local voltage?
Yes — machines are built to your specification. 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 400V/50Hz, 220V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz and 440V/60Hz are all common. Confirm the exact voltage, phase and frequency before manufacture; this is written into the purchase order.

Do I need a vacuum plodder or a plain extruder?
For plain unbranded laundry bars, an extruder may be enough. For branded bars, retail toilet soap or translucent soap, choose vacuum — trapped air shows up as pinholes, weight variation and cracking, and it cannot be fixed downstream.

Delivery and installation

How long is delivery?
Standard machines are typically ready in 15–25 days after deposit, then sea freight of about three to five weeks depending on destination. Complete lines take longer. Confirm current times when you order.

Do you install and train?
Layout drawings, wiring and piping diagrams, commissioning guidance and operator training are provided. For larger lines an engineer can attend site; the cost depends on country and duration, and it is quoted separately so you can see what it covers.

Can I have the machine inspected before shipment?
Yes, and we encourage it. Appoint a third party of your choice and tell us at the order stage so the machine is available with test material ready.

Warranty, spares and support

What is the warranty?
One year on the machines. Wear parts such as blades, screws and seals are consumables and are excluded; order them with the machine so you are not waiting for an air-freighted part.

How do I get spare parts?
Tell us your machine model and the part, or send a photograph. Keep the packing list and the nameplate photograph from your shipment — they identify the machine exactly and avoid a wrong part being sent.

What support do I get after installation?
Technical support by email or messaging for process questions, and the batch and setting records established during commissioning. Keep those records — they are what makes a problem easy to diagnose later.

Working with us

Can you help me choose the right machine set?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing we do. Send your country, the product, the target output and your power supply, and we will confirm the capacity band and the machine list rather than leaving you to guess.

Do you help with the formulation?
We advise on process settings: temperatures, moisture targets, milling gap, vacuum and stamping conditions. Formulation depends on your local raw materials and your market. Bring us your recipe and we will tell you what process parameters it needs.

What if you cannot supply what I need?
We will say so. We would rather point you elsewhere than sell you a machine we cannot support with spare parts and technical help.
