Verified Supplier Status | Payment Protection

Buying machinery from overseas carries a real risk of paying for something that is not what was described. These are the protections available on our orders and the payment routes we accept.

Verified supplier status

Our company has been through third-party onsite verification, in which the supplier’s premises were visited and its legal status confirmed by an independent verification company. Our business licence, registered address and company details correspond to that verification. If you want to verify us independently before ordering, ask us for the company registration details and check them — we would rather you did.

Trade assurance and order protection

Orders placed through a platform with trade assurance are covered by a protection scheme under which the payment is tied to the agreed specification and delivery terms. If you are ordering through such a channel, read the terms carefully so you know exactly what is and is not covered, and make sure the machine specification in the order matches the quotation.

Payment methods we accept

  • T/T (bank transfer) — the usual route, typically a deposit with the balance against documents
  • L/C at sight — for larger orders where your bank requires documentary control
  • D/P and D/A — documentary collection through the banks
  • Western Union and MoneyGram — for smaller amounts
  • Credit card and PayPal — where available for the amount involved
  • Escrow — through an escrow service where both parties agree

Agree the payment structure before production starts, and make sure the bank details you pay to are confirmed through a second channel, not only from an email. Payment-diversion fraud is common in international machinery trade and a phone call to a number you already had is the cheapest protection available.

What we can tell you about compliance for your market

Requirements differ by country and some markets require certification that we do not currently hold. Before you order, tell us your destination country and what your customs or your customer requires. We will tell you plainly whether we can meet it. We would rather lose an order than ship a machine you cannot legally import or resell.
