Powdered soap and detergent products use the same raw material base as bar soap but a completely different finishing route: crushing, blending, screening and packing rather than milling and stamping. We supply the equipment as individual machines or as a complete powder line.
Where It Fits in a Soap Production Line
- Crushing soap and detergent raw materials
- Blending powder formulations to a uniform mix
- Screening to remove oversize particles and lumps
- Feeding and packing powder product
- Small to medium output powder production

Key Features
Powder is a different plant, not a different machine
Powder handling brings problems bar soap does not have: dust, segregation, moisture pickup and explosion risk with fine organic powders. Plan enclosed transfer points and dust collection from the start. Retrofitting dust control into an open powder line is expensive and usually ends up as a compromise.
Blending uniformity is measurable
In a powder line, good mixing can be proven by sampling at several points and comparing. Build that sampling into your commissioning process and keep the results, because a customer complaint about inconsistent powder is much easier to answer with data.
Keep this separate from your soap line
If you produce both bar soap and powder, keep the plants separate. Powder dust migrating into a soap finishing line causes visible defects in the bar, and the cleaning burden between products becomes unmanageable.
Price, MOQ and Lead Time
Powder lines are quoted as a configuration, because the stages you need depend on your formulation and your target output. Send us the product and the tonnes per shift and we will return a machine list and price.
MOQ 1 set. Payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight, or as agreed. Sea freight, spare parts and installation service can be arranged on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a powder line to an existing soap factory?
Yes, but plan the space separately with dust control and its own material flow. Sharing a room with bar soap finishing causes quality problems in both directions.
Do you supply packing machines for powder?
Yes — filling and sealing equipment for powder products is available as part of the line or as a standalone machine.
