Soap Conveyor System | Belt & Lifting Conveyors

Individual machines only become a line when the soap moves between them reliably. Conveyors are the least glamorous purchase in a soap plant and the one whose failure stops everything else within a minute.

Where It Fits in a Soap Production Line

  • Moving soap between melting, mixing, milling and plodding
  • Lifting soap to the feed height of the next machine
  • Feeding a cutter or packing machine from the stamper
  • Linking stages where manual handling would limit output
  • Transferring powder product in a powder line

Key Features

Design the layout, then order the conveyors

Conveyors are the parts that most often have to be modified after the machines arrive, because a real workshop is never quite the size of the drawing. Finalise the layout with the machines marked on it, measure on site, and only then order the conveyors. This single sequencing decision avoids a lot of rework.

Hot soap and oil resistance

Conveying soap at working temperature is not the same as conveying a cold solid. Confirm the belt specification for temperature and for oil contact, or the belt will harden, crack and shed material into your product.

Doors, ceilings and access

Conveyors are often the machines that will not fit through the door or under the ceiling. Check the installation route for the largest section before you order, not when the truck is already at your gate.

Price, MOQ and Lead Time

Conveyors are quoted by length, height, belt type and load. Send us your layout drawing and we will price the complete conveying package with the rest of the line.

MOQ 1 set. Payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight, or as agreed. Sea freight, spare parts and installation service can be arranged on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I start without conveyors?

Yes, for small outputs manual transfer between machines is normal and is one of the main reasons a mini line has a lower cost. Plan the space and the working heights so conveyors can be added later when volume justifies it.
