A soap die is what turns an unbranded bar into your product. We make stamping dies and moulds to your logo, matched to the press you already own, so you are not forced to buy a new machine to change your branding.
Where It Fits in a Soap Production Line
- Engraved logo dies for soap stamping presses
- Moulds that form the bar shape as well as the logo
- Replacement dies for worn or damaged existing dies
- Multiple dies for multiple products from one press
- Spare dies kept in stock to avoid production stops

Key Features
Send artwork or, better, send a bar
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is the fastest route. But if you already produce a bar you like, post us a physical sample — we can measure the actual shape, edge radius and embossing depth and reproduce it exactly, which is often faster than trying to describe it in a drawing.
Line width has a physical limit
Very fine text and thin hairlines will not form cleanly in soap, because soap is a soft material that tears at fine detail. There is a practical minimum line width and depth that depends on your soap formulation and bar hardness. Send the artwork and we will tell you honestly what will and will not emboss cleanly, rather than selling you a die that produces a smeared logo.
Material choice
Brass holds fine detail and lasts longer, and is the usual choice for a brand logo that will run for years. Aluminium is cheaper and fine for simple shapes or short campaigns. If you change your logo often, aluminium lets you re-order more cheaply.
Keep the drawing on file
Store the die drawing and the artwork with your machine records. When you re-order in two years, having the original drawing means the new die matches the old one exactly, instead of being a near-miss that looks different on the shelf.
Price, MOQ and Lead Time
Die pricing depends on size, material and how fine the detail is. Send your artwork and die dimensions and we will return a quotation, including a sample piece before full production where the design allows.
MOQ 1 set. Payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight, or as agreed. Sea freight, spare parts and installation service can be arranged on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match a die to a press I already own?
Yes. Send the die holder dimensions, or a photograph of the existing die with its measurements, and we will make the new die to fit.
What if I only have a JPG of my logo?
We can redraw it, but we will need you to approve the redrawn version before manufacturing. A low-resolution bitmap cannot be engraved directly, and redrawing introduces small differences that must be confirmed.
How long does a die last?
It depends on bar hardness and running hours. Hard laundry soap wears a die faster than soft toilet soap. Track your output per die and re-order before detail starts to soften, not after you have shipped a batch with a blurred logo.
