The Philippines runs on 60 Hz, which makes the electrical specification the first thing to settle — the motors and the control panel are different from a 50 Hz machine and this cannot be corrected after manufacture. Settle the 60 Hz specification first
The Philippines uses 220V/60Hz single phase and 440V/60Hz three phase for industrial supply. This is the single most important thing to confirm in your purchase order, because a 50 Hz machine cannot simply be reconnected. Confirm your actual site supply with an electrician and put the figure in the contract; if your supply is 220V/60Hz three phase on some sites, tell us that too.

The Philippines is humid year-round. Soap base storage and the cooling stage deserve more attention than a temperate-climate reference would suggest. Keep soap base dry and off the floor and in rotation, and set your milling and cooling parameters for local ambient conditions during commissioning rather than assuming a value.

Why does the 60 Hz supply matter so much?
Motor speed and control electronics are designed for a specific frequency. A 50 Hz machine running on 60 Hz will overspeed and under-torque, which damages the drives. Tell us the frequency before manufacture and the machine is built correctly the first time.
