Our Workshop | Soap Machine Assembly & Testing

We are a supplier with our own assembly and testing workshop, not a machine-tool factory. This page shows what actually happens here, because that is what determines whether the machine arrives in the condition you paid for.

What happens in our workshop

1. Incoming inspection. Machined and purchased components are checked on receipt against the drawing: dimensions, material, finish and, for electrical parts, brand and rating. Anything that fails is rejected before it enters assembly.
2. Assembly. Machines are assembled to the customer’s specification, including the electrical configuration for the destination country.
3. Running test. Assembled machines are run before packing. Drives, controls, safety interlocks and, on vacuum machines, the vacuum level are all verified. Where the machine is customer-specific, we test on the material or a representative substitute.
4. Photographic record. The tested machine is photographed, including the nameplate and the electrical panel, and the pictures are sent to the customer before shipment. This is the customer’s evidence that the machine they paid for is the machine being packed.
5. Packing. Contact surfaces are protected, moving parts are braced, and machines are packed for sea freight with the accessories and spare parts in the same shipment.

Why the pre-shipment test matters to you

A soap machine that has never been run before shipping is a machine whose problems you discover on your own site, on your own time, with the supplier 8,000 km away. A running test at the supplier’s workshop catches wiring errors, control parameter mistakes, leaks and mechanical binding while the fix costs a few hours instead of a container shipment. If a supplier cannot show you a machine running before shipment, that is worth asking about.

What we will send you before we ship

• Photographs of the assembled machine, including the nameplate and the electrical panel
• A short video of the machine running
• The packing list with weights, dimensions and the heaviest single section
• Confirmation of the electrical specification actually built

Send these to your freight forwarder and to your electrician, and they can prepare without waiting for the container to arrive.

Third-party inspection is welcome

You are entitled to have the machine inspected before shipment by a third party of your choosing. Tell us at the order stage so the machine can be available on the right date with the test material ready. A pre-shipment inspection costs little and settles later arguments far more cheaply than a dispute over a delivered machine.

What we cannot show you

We do not operate a heavy machining line, so we cannot show you castings being poured or large parts being milled. Those come from partner workshops. What we can show you is the assembly, the testing and the inspection — and we would rather be accurate about the boundary than show you photographs that imply otherwise.
