We supply soap making machines and complete bar soap production lines, and we have been exporting them since 2021. Our customers are mostly first-time and expanding soap producers in Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and Europe.
Who we are
Zhengzhou Sunshine Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. We were founded in 2021 and our team of 11 to 50 people handles machine sourcing, engineering support, export documentation and after-sales service.
We operate our own assembly workshop of around 101 to 500 square metres, where machines are assembled, tested and inspected before packing. Machined components are produced by long-standing partner workshops in the Zhengzhou area, one of China’s established machinery manufacturing regions, and are inspected by us on receipt.
We are a supplier and exporter rather than a large factory. We say that plainly because it changes what we are good at: we are good at specifying the right machine set for a particular product and budget, at testing before shipment, and at keeping a project moving through export logistics. If what you need is a very large single-machine order from one production line, we will tell you so and point you to the right place.
What we sell
Our focus is soap making machinery: individual machines from melting tanks and mixers through to cutters, stamping presses and wrapping machines, and complete production lines for laundry bar soap, toilet and bath soap, translucent soap, hotel and guest soap, and small scale plants.
We also supply related equipment including stainless steel mixers and filling and packaging lines, but our website is deliberately focused on soap machinery, because that is what we know best.
Where we ship
Our main markets are Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and Europe. We have country pages for the markets we are asked about most often, with the local voltage and frequency, the usual port of entry and the product that sells there — see export markets.
If your country is not listed, it does not mean we cannot supply it. Send your country and city and we will confirm the route and what the electrical specification needs to be.
How we work
- Specification before price. We ask about your product, your target output and your power supply before quoting, because a machine quoted without those answers is a guess.
- Tested before shipment. Machines are run before packing and we share the test result. See quality control.
- Layout drawings included. A proposed layout is part of the quotation, not an extra.
- Reply within 12 working hours. Technical questions get an answer from someone who knows the equipment, not a standard reply.
What we do not do
We do not claim to be a factory we are not, we do not quote technical parameters we cannot verify, and we do not sell machines we cannot support with spare parts. If you ask for something outside what we can deliver properly, we will say so — it is a shorter conversation now than a broken project later.
