What We Provide with the Line
Vacuum extrusion is not optional here
Air trapped in the soap shows up as pinholes on the bar face. On a laundry bar nobody looks; on a retail toilet soap it is the first thing the buyer sees and the reason a carton is rejected. A vacuum plodder is the machine that prevents it, and it is the one place not to economise on a toilet soap project.
Roller cooling decides whether you can mill fine
The finer you mill, the more the soap heats. Without adequate roller cooling you are forced to run a wider gap, which means a coarser mass, which means visible colour streaks. If your product is a coloured or marbled soap, check the cooling arrangement specifically in every quotation you compare.
Stamping temperature is a commissioning task, not a setting
A crisp logo comes from a bar that is at the right temperature and hardness when it enters the press. Budget time for commissioning — typically a day or two of adjustment on the cooling stage and the press — before you start commercial production. Factories that skip this step ship the first batch with smeared logos.
Fragrance is your most expensive input and the easiest one to waste
In toilet soap, fragrance is usually the largest single cost per bar. It also evaporates or degrades when soap is held hot for a long time. Dose it as late as your process allows and keep hold times short at temperature. Over a year this is worth more than the price difference between two quotations for the same machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a toilet soap line different from a laundry soap line?
The machine sequence is similar, but a toilet soap line almost always includes vacuum extrusion, tighter milling, precise stamping temperature control and machine wrapping with printed film. Those stages are where the retail appearance comes from.
Can I make translucent soap on the same line?
Translucent and glycerine soap need tighter temperature control and careful de-aeration. See the translucent soap line page. Some of the machinery is shared, but the process settings are different enough that we treat it as its own configuration.
What bar weight range can one line handle?
The cutter and the stamper are the parts that limit the bar size range. Tell us the full range of sizes you intend to sell and we will confirm the adjustment travel — it is much cheaper to allow for it when the machine is built.
Do you provide wrapping film or only the machine?
We supply the machine. Film should be sourced as locally as possible, because film weight makes long-distance shipping uneconomic and you will need a reliable ongoing supply. We will tell you which film specifications work with the machine so you can source correctly.
