Removes the air that causes pinholes, weight variation and cracking. The single biggest quality difference in a bar soap line. US$2,000 – 9,000.
Three Roller Mill
Grinds soap chips into a fine, uniform mass. Decides whether your bar looks acceptable next to a competitor’s.
Soap Cutter
Cuts the extruded billet to length and then into bars. Cut accuracy is bar weight accuracy.
Soap Stamping Machine
Presses the final shape and your logo into each bar. Hydraulic press from US$8,600, or pneumatic for lighter work.
Soap Packaging Machine
Flow wrap for rectangular bars, pleat and shrink wrap for round soap. From US$3,680. Usually the last machine added, and the one that changes how the product looks on a shelf.

How We Work
Specification before price
We ask about your product, your target output and your power supply before quoting. A machine quoted without those answers is a guess, and guesses are what cause projects to fail after the container has sailed.
Tested before shipment
Machines are assembled, run and inspected in our Zhengzhou workshop before packing. You receive photographs, a video of the machine running and the packing list in advance. See the QC process.
Prices published, not hidden
Most suppliers answer the price question with “please contact us”. We publish the ranges we work in so you can plan your investment before you start talking, and the quotation then confirms the figure for your configuration.
Honest about what we are
We are a supplier with our own assembly and testing workshop, not a large machine-tool factory. We would rather be accurate about that boundary than show you photographs that imply otherwise. About us.
We will say no
If a machine is not right for your product, or if a certificate you need is one we do not hold, we will tell you rather than sell you something that does not fit. It is a shorter conversation now than a broken project later.
Spare parts travel with the machine
Blades, screws, seals and control components ship in the same container as the machine. A spare part air-freighted later usually costs more than the part, and the delay costs far more than that.
What a Project Looks Like
Six steps from first enquiry to a running line. Typical timing is 15 to 25 days for manufacture, three to five weeks of sea freight depending on destination, then about a week for installation and commissioning.
- Enquiry. You send your country, the product, the target output and your power supply. We confirm the capacity band and return a machine list with prices.
- Specification and layout. You send your workshop dimensions, door width, ceiling height and power supply. We return a proposed layout and the final configuration.
- Order. Deposit paid, production scheduled, electrical specification written into the purchase order.
- Build and test. Machines assembled and run. Photographs, video and packing list sent to you before packing.
- Shipping. Sea freight, clearance and inland transport. Use our packing data to obtain freight quotations early rather than at this stage.
- Installation and commissioning. Machines installed, services connected, the line commissioned on your formulation and operators trained. This is where the settings that matter get established, so give it the time it needs.
