We supply single soap making machines and complete bar soap production lines, from a 50 kg/h mini line for a new workshop up to a 3,000 kg/h industrial finishing line. Every machine is quoted with its real capacity range and an FOB price, so you can plan your investment before you start talking.
Single Machines
Fourteen machine types cover every step of a bar soap line. Each page lists the working capacity, what the machine actually does in the process, and the current price range.
- Vacuum Plodder Machine – refines and de-aerates the soap mass, extrudes a solid billet
- Soap Three Roller Mill – grinds soap chips into a fine, uniform mass
- Sigma Mixer / Amalgamator – blends soap base with fragrance, colour and additives
- Soap Cutter Machine – cuts the extruded bar into billets and then into bars
- Soap Stamping Machine – presses the logo and final shape into each bar
- Soap Stamping Dies & Moulds – custom logo dies made from your artwork
- Soap Chipper – breaks soap blocks and noodles into chips before milling
- Soap Extruder – forms the continuous soap bar or billet
- Soap Packaging Machine – flow wrap or pleat shrink wrap for finished bars
- Soap Melting Tank – melts and holds soap base at working temperature
- Saponification Plant – produces neat soap directly from oils and fats
- Drying & Cooling Tunnel – controls moisture and hardness of the bar
- Soap Powder Machine – crushing, blending and screening for powdered soap
- Conveyor & Lifting System – links the machines into one continuous flow
Complete Production Lines
If you are starting a factory rather than buying one machine, start from the line level. The line pages are organised by the product you want to sell and by capacity, which is how most buyers actually decide.
- Soap Production Line overview – how a line is put together and how to size it
- Laundry bar soap line – 100–3,000 kg/h
- Toilet and bath soap line
- Small scale / mini soap plant – from 100 kg/h, lower investment
- Translucent and glycerine soap line
- Hotel and guest soap line
- Semi automatic line – for limited budgets
What Every Quotation Includes
Capacity confirmation against your target output, a machine list with sizes, a proposed workshop layout, FOB price, delivery time and the spare parts list. If you send us your daily output target and the soap type, we will size the line for you and reply within 12 working hours.
We have been exporting soap making equipment since 2021 and our main markets are Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and Northern Europe. Ask us which configuration is most common in your market — local voltage, freight cost and spare parts availability differ a lot between regions, and it is worth getting that right the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which capacity I need?
Work backwards from the bars you want to sell per day. A 300 kg/h line running one 8-hour shift produces roughly 2.4 tonnes of soap per day, which at a 200 g bar is about 12,000 bars. Tell us your target and we will confirm the size.
Can I buy the machines one by one and add later?
Yes. Many customers start with a melting tank, mixer, plodder and cutter, then add the mill, stamper and packing machine as sales grow. We will show you the upgrade path so the first machines stay compatible with the final line.
Do you supply installation?
Installation guidance, layout drawings, wiring and piping diagrams and operator training are provided. For larger lines we can send an engineer to site; the cost depends on the country and duration.
What is the delivery time?
Standard machines are typically ready in 15–25 days after deposit. Complete lines take longer depending on configuration. Confirm with us before you plan your launch date.
